We work with families and their nanny/nanny teams to save them time and help make sure everything is running smoothly.
Claire and Rebekah have a great deal of experience working with high net worth and high-profile families and guarantee complete confidentiality and discretion at all times. Our services can include some or all of the following:
Nanny recruitment
Liaising with nanny agencies* including writing your initial advertisement for circulation to our Agency contacts, screening CVs, holding initial FaceTime interviews and recommending suitable candidates. We can also accompany you at the main interviews to provide our input and advice.
Once your nanny or nannies have been recruited, we can supply nanny contracts, handbooks and privacy notices.
*Please note that any nanny agency placement fee is charged in addition to our consultancy fee.
Contact time
Providing support for you regarding the children or nanny related issues.
This can include:
Regular face to face or video call meetings with your nanny / nannies.
On call at other times for you and your nanny / nannies.
Liaison with other members of the household team as appropriate.
Coordination of your nanny team
We have extensive experience of working with families who have nannies on rotation and can support you in the following areas:
Overall responsibility for the development and ongoing monitoring of your nanny rota.
Helping to create a harmonious nanny team.
Overseeing and managing any recruitment in relation to your nanny team including contract reviews and updates.
Training
Organising and delivering continuing professional development training sessions for your nanny / nannies as and when required.
Our fees
We keep a record of the number of hours that we spend working with you and, on a monthly basis, send you an invoice with a detailed breakdown of our services.
