Nanny recruitment

We work with families to help recruit your ideal nanny or nanny team. This includes helping write the advertisement for your position, then overseeing the search, liaising with nanny agencies to find the right candidates. We can also shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews and advise you on who we think might be suitable, as well as providing and personalising nanny contract documentation.

Coordination of your nanny team

We have extensive experience of working with families who have a team of nannies on rotation and can support you in many areas, including overall responsibility for the development and ongoing monitoring of your nanny rota, helping to create a harmonious nanny team, and overseeing and managing contract reviews and updates.

On call support

Providing support for you regarding any child or nanny related issues, which can include regular face to face or video call meetings with your nanny / nannies, being on call at other times and liaison with other members of the household team as appropriate.

Nanny Training

Organising and delivering continuing professional development training sessions for your nanny / nannies as and when required.

Our fees

We keep a record of the number of hours that we spend working with you and, on a monthly basis, we send through an invoice outlining the time we have taken. If we are working with you on recruitment, and once we have secured a nanny / nannies for your family, a placement fee from the agency that they have come through will also be payable.
