After working with several sleep consultants, Claire was FINALLY the one who made all the difference for us! We first started working with Claire when my daughter was 5 months old. She was only sleeping if held and wouldn’t sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time (naps & at night). Instead of directing us through yet another rigid sleep routine that also made me feel guilty if not followed to precision, Claire took a holistic approach to the issue and created a plan that fit our parenting style and that was easy to implement (both practically & emotionally). She gave use meaningful tips on feeding, play, and bedtime routines that improved my daughter's sleep within days.
