I only wish we had taken this course before our child was born! We took the course when our child was 6 weeks old when she was and struggling with sleep, feeding and colic. 

The video and fact sheet gave us a clearer understanding of what we were doing well and what we should be doing better, and by 8 weeks old there has been a noticeable change in our daughter. 

We feel much more confident as parents, and this has truly been reflected in our daughter sleeping and feeding much better with less colic! Thank you for keeping things simple for us to understand and follow!

Your Guide to Welcoming your Newborn

Despite being an early years professional in the theoretical field, I have found educating a child and raising a child are two very different things! 

The ‘welcoming your newborn’ guide has filled in the gaps that I, as a new mother, felt I needed to gain more confidence in.

With so much conflicting information online about best practice for caring for newborns, it was a relief to be given guidance from an experienced professional that was clear and constructive, and he helped me be a better mother to my child. Thank you so much Claire.

I really loved the video (Your Guide to Behaviour and Emotions) and feel like it was such an amazing refresh on what I previously learnt at Norland (College). It also gave me lots more confidence so thank you for this.

Your Guide to Sleep

The sleep webinar was just what I needed to help with my 6 week old who was having a few issues during the night. Claire’s advice was fantastic and she answered a question which I had emailed beforehand. The webinar covered a range of topics which were also useful for my 2 year old. Would definitely recommend this webinar and I will be looking in to the others that Bespoke family do to make parenting that bit easier!!

I completed both of Claire’s webinars (caring for your newborn and welcoming your newborn). They were so informative and super useful. I am a nanny and was looking to refresh my knowledge ready for when my new charge arrived. Claire provided all of this and more, she has a really good way of teaching and explaining everything in her Webinar so clearly. I would recommend her webinars to anyone and I am looking forward to watching some more in the future. The fact sheets are really great too, as something I am able to look back at quickly if needs be.
