If you're curious about how our Parent Consultations work, we offer a free 15-minute discovery call with Lucy, who is one of our Family Consultants. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chance to get to know us, ask any questions you have, and explore how we might be able to support you and your family. Whether you're navigating sleep struggles, potty training, or tricky behaviours, we're here to help you feel confident and supported.

Payment terms and conditions

  • If a 1:1 parent consultation is cancelled, the following terms apply:

    • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the consultation date – 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.

    • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the consultation date – a full refund will be given less a 20% administration fee which will be payable due to electronic payment fees and administration.  In addition, if you have purchased option 3, the downloadable webinar (Your Guide to…) received as part of your package, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • 1:1 parent consultation bookings can be postponed with reasonable notice and agreement but subsequent cancellations will not be refunded.

  • Your Guide to… downloadable webinars are not eligible for a refund.
