Day nurseries with two sites in Southampton

Taplins Childcare consists of two workplace nurseries, and forms part of the University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. 

Bespoke Family consultants started working with the nurseries in January 2019 to support governance arrangements and help with action planning in order to continually enhance and develop practice within the nurseries. Over this time Bespoke Family consultants have worked directly with the team providing support and guidance, training sessions on key areas of staff development, and met with senior leadership teams to provide updates and reports identifying areas of improvement and areas for further development.
